Your Delivery Options

We offer a range of panel heaters from some of the world’s biggest manufacturers. This means that some deliveries may come from different warehouses across the UK, so the delivery services we’re able to offer vary depending on the heaters you’ve ordered as well as your postcode.

As the delivery services available to you depend on your location as well as the product you’re ordering, the best way to check what services are available at your address is to add your products to your basket and proceed into the checkout screen.

Free Next or Nominated Working Day Delivery

The vast majority of orders will go out on free next working day (Mon – Fri) delivery to most mainland postcodes. If that doesn’t work for you, we also offer a free nominated day delivery as standard.

The cut-off time for next-day delivery is 2 pm. If your order is placed after this time, it’ll arrive with you the working day after that (for example, if you place an order at 3 pm on Monday, it’ll be shipped out on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday).

Morning Deliveries

Most UK mainland addresses can choose to have their order delivered on either a pre-noon, pre-10:30am, or pre-9am service.

Saturday Delivery

Most orders can also be delivered on a Saturday service. This guarantees your order will arrive before 1 pm on the next available Saturday.

Out of Area Postcodes

In some cases – for example, orders shipping to Scottish Highland regions or islands – it costs us extra to deliver the parcel to you. This means there may be a charge for any delivery to out-of-area postcodes, and next working day deliveries may not be available.
